After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The Candle Style Chandelier was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive Candle Style Chandelier are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!
Nice Candle Style Chandelier with excellent value! I bought several of these in different designs as Christmas gifts and they were very well received! They thought it cost way more than they actually did.

I ordered a Candle Style Chandelier from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me! Online photos do not make this furniture justice. These were a 22st birthday gift and probably one of the best gifts I have ever gotten. The Candle Style Chandelier is beautiful, strong, but still smooth. The perfect color in a perfect Candle Style Chandelier. Absolutely beautiful, and the perfect size. You will love this furniture! Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company.

Ordered new Candle Style Chandelier. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Candle Style Chandelier originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.
Our Candle Style Chandelier is just what we wanted. Quality great. Ease of assembly and excellent value for the money. I looked at many Candle Style Chandelier this was by far the best online. When it arrived it really met our needs. Would strongly recommend.

Recently purchased some Candle Style Chandelier. The Candle Style Chandelier shipped extremely quickly and were at my door in 10 days. The Candle Style Chandelier quality was generally good with some screw holes slightly off, but was still able to use the original hardware and everything went together and is very solid. I'm an engineer by trade and a hobby carpenter, but I decided to go store bought for this need and don't regret it. Have received a lot of compliments.

I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume).
